Most recently I had a complex issue which I was completely at a loss with, Ben and Tom assisted me over several days going above and beyond & Tom seemed to work miracles, working on the issue until it was resolved. They have helped us grow and streamline our business over the past year. Allowing us to handle and distribute calls more effectively whilst coming away from an analog system with no loss of service. I cannot express enough what an amazing company this is. Unhappy with our providers last year, we were recommend OpenVoip. As soon as we met them we knew they were the ones for us! Incredibly professional, open and honest and no hard sell!! In our time with them, the support has been second to none. No job is too big and they act on things straight away. A good IT company means that you rarely need to call them and that is our experience with them. The systems are so good that things just work and it is rare that we need them and when we do they are there at the speed of a button, pardon the pun!
